Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS) são serviços que compõem a Rede de Atenção Básica de Saúde, caracterizados pelo alto nível de capilaridade e pela oferta de serviços de saúde com maior proximidade dos usuários. Suas atividades estão voltadas para a promoção, proteção e recuperação da saúde e prevenção de doenças, de forma individual ou coletiva, articulada com outros serviços da Rede de Saúde e intersetorial.As UBS oferecem, mediante agendamento, atendimento médico nas especialidades de Pediatria, Ginecologia e Clínica-Médica e atendimento de Equipe Multiprofissional com Enfermagem, Odontologia, Serviço Social, Nutrição e Psicologia em algumas Unidades. Também são oferecidos procedimentos (inalações, injeções, curativos, vacinas, coleta de exames laboratoriais, tratamento odontológico, coleta de Papanicolau), além de encaminhamento para serviços de Especialidades e fornecimento de medicação básica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência de enfermagem segura, humanizada e individualizada, sob supervisão do Enfermeiro.Realizar procedimentos como administração de medicamentos, coleta de exames, curativos, vacinação, inalações e verificação de sinais vitais.Preparar e acompanhar pacientes em consultas, exames, tratamentos e remoções.Cumprir prescrições, protocolos institucionais, normas do COREN, SMS e de biossegurança.Realizar registros de enfermagem, passagem de plantão e organização de prontuários.Auxiliar em atendimentos de urgência e emergência e demais procedimentos assistenciais.Zelar pela organização, limpeza, desinfecção e esterilização de materiais e equipamentos.Controlar materiais, medicamentos e equipamentos do setor, comunicando intercorrências ao Enfermeiro.Orientar pacientes sobre higiene, alimentação, medicamentos e cuidados de saúde.Participar de ações de promoção da saúde, prevenção de doenças, educação em saúde e visitas domiciliares.Manter postura ética, humanizada, segura e alinhada às normas institucionais, incluindo LGPD e políticas de integridade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTer 18 anos completos.Ensino Médio e Curso de Auxiliar de Enfermagem Completo.Registro Ativo no Conselho da Classe de Auxiliar de Enfermagem.Experiência mínima de 03 (tres) meses comprovada na função de Auxiliar de Enfermagem ou Técnico de Enfermagem.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Zona Sul;Escala: 5x2 de Segunda a sexta-feira.Benefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
