Realizar aferição de sinais vitais, antropometria e outros procedimentos assistenciais pertinentes.

Administrar medicamentos e realizar tratamentos prescritos, observando vias, doses, horários, registros e medidas de segurança.

Realizar curativos e cuidados de enfermagem conforme avaliação e orientação do enfermeiro.

Executar coleta e acondicionamento de materiais para exames laboratoriais, conforme protocolos estabelecidos.

Participar das ações de vacinação, conforme normas do Programa Nacional de Imunizações e protocolos municipais.

Realizar ou auxiliar em procedimentos como glicemia capilar, eletrocardiograma e outros compatíveis com sua formação e atribuição profissional.

Apoiar o atendimento aos programas e linhas de cuidado da APS, incluindo saúde da mulher, saúde da criança, saúde do adulto e idoso, doenças crônicas, imunização e demais ações desenvolvidas pela unidade.

Participar de ações de promoção, prevenção e educação em saúde, individuais ou coletivas.

Realizar registros dos procedimentos e atendimentos nos sistemas institucionais, garantindo qualidade, completude e rastreabilidade das informações.

Organizar, preparar e manter os materiais, equipamentos e ambientes assistenciais em condições adequadas de uso.

Conferir validade, integridade, armazenamento e disponibilidade dos insumos sob sua responsabilidade, comunicando intercorrências ao enfermeiro.

Observar e cumprir medidas de biossegurança, prevenção e controle de infecções e gerenciamento de resíduos de serviços de saúde.

Identificar alterações clínicas ou situações de risco durante o atendimento e comunicar imediatamente ao enfermeiro responsável.

Participar de ações de busca ativa e acompanhamento de usuários, quando inseridas no processo de trabalho da unidade.

Apoiar a organização dos fluxos assistenciais e o funcionamento dos consultórios, salas de procedimentos e demais espaços de atendimento.

Participar de reuniões, capacitações, atividades de educação permanente e ações institucionais relacionadas à assistência.

Zelar pelo sigilo das informações dos usuários e pelo cumprimento das normas institucionais, éticas e legais.
