Carregar e descarregar veículos; preparar veículos para o carregamento, forrando lastros; verificando amarrações; arrumar a carga no veículo a partir de paletes de produtos localizados nos boxes; como também descarregar carga dos veículos, seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos pela IRRF. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVerificar a viabilidade do veículo a ser carregado ou descarregado;Comunicar ao conferente eventual existência de fato que impossibilidade o carregamento (lastro ruim, buraco na carroceria, tamanho do veículo, veículo muito sujo);Para evitar avarias e segurança da carga;Limpar o lastro do veículo; se necessário, organizar a carroceria, separando cordas cantoneiras e lonas do veículo a ser carregado;Varre-se o compartimento de carga do veículo, remove-se papelão e outros resíduos destinando-os ao local determinando, segregando as lonas e cordas em um local neutro ao carregamento;Para viabilizar a arrumação das caixas para o carregamento;Informar a quantidade de lonas e cordas existentes no veículo e comunicar ao conferente;Verificando e contando a quantidade de lonas e cordas disponíveis no veículo;Para não faltar recurso na cobertura e na amarração da carga da carga;Carregar produtos para o transporte;Arrumam-se as caixas sobre a carroceria do veículo, obedecendo à utilização e concentração de itens e também as alturas de camadas estabelecidas nas caixas para cada produto, conforme o procedimento operacional;Para evitar avarias;Prender, cobrir ou enlonar carga, conforme o veículo;Amarra-se com cordas e cobre-se o compartimento de carga do veículo com lonas, conforme os procedimentos operacionais e características do veículo;Para que a carga seja coberta e amarrada com segurança evitando perdas e acidentes;Auxiliar o motorista e estacionar o veículo quando for solicitado;Orientando o motorista durante a manobra;Para facilitar a manobra do veículo e evitar acidentes;Transporta paletes dos boxes oriundos das transferências recebidas da Matriz, para a área de armazenagem (drive-in e porta-paletes);Operando paleteiras hidráulicas;Para que o operador de empilhadeira possa armazenar os produtos nas devidas estruturas;Zelar pela segurança, utilizando-se dos equipamentos de proteção individual, seguindo normas e procedimentos de segurança adotados pela IRRF;Aplicando a política de segurança da IRRF;Para evitar acidentes e doenças ocupacionais;Zelar pelas condições de limpeza, organização e conservação, bem como no uso adequado e seguro dos equipamentos da sua área de trabalho;Aplicando os sensos da Qualidade;Para manter o ambiente de trabalho satisfatório para os colaboradores, evitar desperdícios e acidentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo.Conhecimentos Técnicos/Específicos:          Movimentação/Armazenagem/Equipamentos.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosPPR - participação resultados anualVT gratuito sem desconto (van)Restaurante localTickt alimentaçãoPlano médico Unimed cooparticipação Plano odontológico uniodonto Cartão bônus aniversárioConvênio com escolas e faculdadesKit família com produtos da empresa todo mêsWellhub
