Responsável por realizar todas as atividades inerentes aos processos da assistência farmacêutica, responsabilizando pela movimentação do estoque e a dispensação de materiais e medicamentos, zelando pelo correto registro das movimentações no sistema, organização e controle do estoque, e processamento de dados e ou informações necessárias ao desenvolvimento de sua atividade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesSeguir rigorosamente as Instruções de Trabalho e manter a organização do setor (prateleiras, bancadas, gavetas e posto de trabalho).Receber solicitações médicas e de enfermagem, realizar separação, cobrança e dispensação de medicamentos e materiais.Receber, conferir, armazenar e devolver itens transferidos entre farmácias e da Central de Abastecimento Farmacêutico.Conferir prescrições, incluindo Nutrição Parenteral, e comunicar disponibilidade à enfermagem.Controlar medicamentos sujeitos à Portaria 344/98, incluindo contagens, registros e dupla checagem.Verificar checagem da enfermagem para itens dispensados e apoiar na correção de pendências.Repor estoques de prateleiras, bancadas e carrinhos de parada; realizar conferência mensal de validades.Produzir kits cirúrgicos e kits de SADT/Ambulatório conforme demanda e escala.Registrar temperaturas de ambiente, geladeira e estufa, informando desvios quando necessário.Executar inventários rotativos, análises de divergências de estoque e baixas conforme IT interna.Preencher corretamente checklists, livros de plantão e demais registros operacionais.Comunicar pendências e ocorrências ao supervisor e seguir planos de contingência quando aplicável.Confeccionar fita selada, atender farmácias satélites e cumprir a escala mensal de trabalho.Executar outras atividades correlatas designadas pela supervisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS TÉCNICOS OBRIGATÓRIOS• Ensino médio completo;• Conhecimento em Informática.REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS DESEJÁVEIS• Experiência na área de atuação.Informações adicionaisTransporte: Vale-Transporte;Bem-estar: plano médico e odontológico Unimed, parceria Sesc (clubes, pousadas e descontos), convênio Droga Clara;Soluções Financeiras: empréstimo consignado do Sicoob;Educação: descontos e bolsas exclusivas na Faculdade Anhanguera;Reconhecimento: prêmio retorno de férias;Alimentação: Vale-Refeição/Vale-Alimentação no valor de R$ 30,00 por dia trabalhado;
