Realizar a dispensação, distribuição, devolução e reposição de medicamentos e materiais. Receber, conferir e armazenar medicamentos e materiais hospitalares. Controlar estoque, validade, organização e limpeza dos itens da farmácia. Realizar reposição de medicamentos e materiais nos setores e dispensários eletrônicos. Montar kits de medicamentos e materiais para atendimento assistencial. Efetuar contagem e controle de medicamentos controlados e de alto custo. Realizar controle diário de temperatura, umidade e condições de armazenamento. Recolher devoluções, realizar baixas e armazenar os itens adequadamente. Comunicar divergências, faltas e intercorrências ao Farmacêutico responsável. Participar da passagem de plantão e executar rotinas operacionais da farmácia hospitalar.
