Estamos em busca de Auxiliar de Farmácia para integrar nossa equipe e atuar nas rotinas de recebimento, armazenamento, organização, controle e dispensação de materiais e medicamentos, contribuindo para a qualidade e segurança dos processos da Farmácia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o recebimento e a conferência de materiais e medicamentos provenientes de fornecedores;Efetuar o lançamento de notas fiscais no sistema;Fracionar, etiquetar e armazenar medicamentos de acordo com os procedimentos internos;Realizar a dispensação de materiais e medicamentos conforme as necessidades dos pacientes e as prescrições liberadas pelo setor assistencial;Realizar a dupla checagem das dispensações;Auxiliar na reposição das maletas de enfermagem, plantão e ambulância;Organizar e manter o estoque de materiais e medicamentos, observando ordem alfabética e validade;Auxiliar no controle físico do estoque;Apoiar compras extras emergenciais destinadas aos pacientes;Realizar processos de devolução de materiais e medicamentos provenientes dos domicílios;Contribuir com registros, formulários, notificações, tratativas de incidentes e não conformidades, conforme os procedimentos internos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Ensino Médio completo;Desejável: curso Técnico em Farmácia;Desejável: experiência no segmento de Farmácia Hospitalar.
