Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venha trabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso de salvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar em conjunto com os demais setores da área de Recursos Humanos na conciliação das políticas de cada área junto às rotinas da folha de pagamento, visando o desenvolvimento do setor frente à política de Recursos Humanos da Unidade Central;Conferir a documentação necessária para a formalização do processo de admissão de funcionários, realizando as devidas consultas e análises, a fim de atender as exigências da legislação trabalhista;Prestar informações aos funcionários nas esferas trabalhistas, sindicais ou previdenciárias, por telefone ou pessoalmente, encaminhando a Coordenação ou aos Analistas, sempre que necessário;Executar rotinas administrativas do setor, incluindo o arquivo, a digitação, solicitação de segunda via de cartões de benefícios e crachás, seguindo as normas e procedimentos definidos para o HRC, visando o bom andamento operacional das rotinas do setor e qualidade dos trabalhos;Auxiliar nas rotinas de apontamento de faltas, atrasos e demais lançamentos através do sistema de ponto eletrônico e assegurando a confiabilidade e eficiência dos dados em tempo hábil para o processamento;Realizar cadastro e manutenção de cadastro juntos aos relógios de ponto;Preparar contratos e prontuários de admitidos, garantindo que as assinaturas sejam colhidas dentro dos prazos estipulados;Preparar, encaminhar e controlar a devolução da Avaliação de Experiência;Realizar check-list dos prontuários admissionais;Cadastrar, atualizar e orientar sobre os vencimentos dos Conselhos Regionais;Alimentar sistemas internos, informando admissões e demissões, utilizando sistemas de chamados e demais ferramentas;Executar outras tarefas correlatas a critério do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completoConhecimento no Pacote OfficeInformações adicionaisUnidade: AME SÃO VICENTEHorário de trabalho: 08:00 às 17:00 - Segunda à SextaVaga efetivaBenefíciosVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoVale TransporteAuxílio CrecheSeguro de Vida em GrupoEmpréstimo Consignado ParceriasIncentivo a Educação/UniversidadesFarmáciasSESCWellhub
