Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Auxiliar de Governança, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a apresentação do leito aos pacientes e acompanhantes, informando sobre as comodidades disponíveis;Prestar assistência aos pacientes, familiares e acompanhantes durante o processo de internação, fornecendo informações, distribuindo itens de estadia, enxoval e kits de higiene, além de manter o controle e registro das entregas realizadas;Atuar como interface entre as equipes multidisciplinares envolvidas na manutenção e acomodação do paciente, sinalizando ocorrências e necessidades identificadas;Realizar, bimestralmente, o inventário do enxoval na rouparia central e nas rouparias satélites;Receber e protocolar, em livro específico, objetos perdidos encontrados no hospital;Controlar o estoque e as baixas do enxoval;Receber, triar e organizar as peças de enxoval entregues pela lavanderia, abastecendo os armários dos setores;Recolher roupas de cama sujas dos confortos médicos e de colaboradores;Forrar as camas dos confortos médicos;Verificar as condições de higiene e estrutura dos quartos para liberação de novas internações, abrindo ordens de serviço quando necessário;Aplicar checklist após a limpeza dos apartamentos, preparar os leitos de pacientes e acompanhantes e disponibilizar toalhas e kits de banho;Prestar apoio aos familiares, realizando interface com a equipe médica em casos de óbito;Manter armários dos andares, unidades e da Sala dos Privativos abastecidos e organizados;Entregar roupas privativas a colaboradores e terceiros autorizados a ingressar no Centro Cirúrgico;Receber e conferir mercadorias destinadas ao setor de Hotelaria;Conferir o estoque de enxoval armazenado nos depósitos da Rede D'Or no Distrito Federal;Receber roupas limpas da lavanderia, realizar a pesagem e registrar os dados coletados;Levantar necessidades de uniformes dos setores;Realizar cotações com fornecedores, acompanhar entregas e receber uniformes;Controlar a distribuição e devolução de uniformes, conforme padrão definido.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Experiência.
