Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Auxiliar de Governança, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVerificar quais quartos disponíveis para internação, utilizando relatório CENSO OCUPACIONAL, como base de informação, bem como inspecionar os quartos verificando se apresentam as condições necessárias de utilização, visando liberar os mesmos no sistema POSTHOS.Efetuar a forração dos quartos, providenciando a colocação de lençóis nas camas, fronhas no travesseiro e demais itens de forração;Inspecionar os quartos após a alta do paciente e com o serviço de limpeza e higienização devidamente realizado, conferindo o local com base nos itens listados no check list, a fim de garantir que o quarto esteja em perfeitas condições para uma nova internação;Após a internação dos pacientes, prestar informações diversas e orientações aos familiares e acompanhantes dos mesmos sobre as funcionalidades disponíveis na suíte, como utilização de aparelhos televisores, formas de utilização de redes telefônicas, como encaminhar críticas e sugestões, onde encontrar e como requerer peças adicionais de enxovais, entre outras, a fim de garantir a adequada ambientação dos pacientes e seus familiares/acompanhantes;Inspecionar todos os dispensers do hospital, garantindo que todos estejam funcionando perfeitamente;Acompanhar semanalmente a empresa terceirizada Ecolab, garantindo que todos os setores do hospital sejam deditizados;Recolher todos os pertences achados e perdidos do hospital, solicitação de guarda, sempre em saco lacrado, garantindo segurança no recolhimento e entrega dos mesmos;Atender a empresa terceirizada de resíduos, bem como emitir os manifestos, e garantir a segurança na coleta dos resíduos.Auxiliar nas inspeções das áreas e apoiar no transporte e remoção de mobiliário e itens do setor, quando necessárioRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência nenhuma, até 6 meses.Informações adicionaisVocê poderá ser direcionado(a) para oportunidades na unidade Hospital Rios D'OrTrabalhamos com diferentes escalas (diurno e/ou noturno), alinhadas à sua disponibilidade;Oferecemos treinamento inicial em horário comercial — é importante ter disponibilidade para essa etapa.Aqui você encontra um pacote de benefícios pensado para o seu bem-estar e desenvolvimento:🏥 Assistência médica (extensivo a dependentes);😁 Assistência odontológica (extensivo a dependentes);🍽️ Vale Refeição ou Refeitório no local (de acordo com a unidade);🎯 Clube de Parcerias Rede D'Or (descontos e vantagens exclusivas);🛡️ Seguro de vida;🤝 Convênios com empresas parceiras;📚 Acesso aos treinamentos da Academia Rede D'Or (desenvolvimento contínuo);💰 Bônus por resultados (conforme atingimento e elegibilidade).
