O(A) Auxiliar de Hotelaria é o(a) o  Responsável pelo planejamento e controle dos processos de governança hospitalar, assegurando padrões de hospitalidade e conforto para pacientes, acompanhantes e profissionais de saúde, melhorias dos serviços de hotelaria dentro do hospital, incluindo limpeza, segurança, conforto, gestão de enxovais. Garantir que os padrões de atendimento e acolhimento estejam alinhados às normas hospitalares e ao bem-estar dos pacientes e colaboradores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõeso  Monitorar os serviços de higienização e conservação do ambiente hospitalar.o  Acompanhar as equipes terceirizadas de limpeza.o  Coletar feedbacks e propor melhorias para o conforto do paciente e equipe.o  Garantia de manutenção dos ambientes de internação e áreas comuns.o  Gestão de contratos e qualidade dos serviços de hotelaria.o  Monitoramento de qualidade no atendimento aos pacientes.o  Implementação de práticas para otimização de recursos de hotelaria.o  Realizar checklist de altas, revisão e liberação dos leitos pós altas.o  Forração de leito e organização para liberação para gestão de leitos.o  Realizar acompanhamento aos terceiros em geral.o  Verificar altas previstas dia, realizar checkout e orientações.         Requisitos e qualificações Experiências e formação:Ensino Médio completo, curso na área de hotelaria será diferencial, experiência prévia na área de hotelaria hospitalar, facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e bom relacionamento interpessoal, Comprometimento com os padrões da organização, Capacidade de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente.Requisitos Desejáveis:o  Ter atuado com os sistemas de gestão hospitalar;o  Vivência Anterior em hotelaria hospitalar (será diferencial);o  Experiencia com atendimento ao cliente;o  Conhecimento na área de facilites;o  Conhecimento em informática e pacote office;o  Foco em humanização.Habilidade e conhecimentos:·      Agilidade e atenção aos detalhes;·      Responsabilidade e pontualidade;·      Proatividade e capacidade de organização;·      Flexibilidade para atuar em diferentes áreas e horários, conforme demanda.Informações adicionais🕛Vagas para jornadas: 12x36 (Diurno/ Noturno).💰 Salário compatível com o mercado🍽️ Refeição no Local🚌 Vale transporte📚 Universidade Corporativa com cursos reconhecidos pelo MEC📚 Incentivo acadêmico🧘Programas de saúde e bem estar
