Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuditar processos e registros da produção, com base nos procedimentos e respectivos registros de cada posto de trabalho, a fim de assegurar a conformidade e controle dos processos;Inspecionar matéria prima, seguindo os métodos e critérios definidos nos procedimentos de qualidade, visando assegurar a conformidade do produto;Inspecionar o produto em diferentes etapas do processo, seguindo os métodos e critérios definidos nos procedimentos de qualidade, a fim de assegurar a conformidade do produto e do processo;Inspecionar todos os produtos conforme especificação definida e aprovada;Inspecionar insumos “Matéria prima” dentro do recebimento de materiais, seguindo especificação definida e aprovada;Inspecionar e validar a qualidade do produto durante a introdução de novos produtos (NPI) e testes da Engenharia quando necessário;Criar e validar as Cartas de Controle do processo e produto;Monitorar os resultados das Cartas de Controle e as atualizações dentro do sistema “CEP (Controle Estatístico de Processo)”;Suportar as atividades de treinamento relacionadas a critérios de aceitação de produtos;Registrar as não conformidades do processo ou produto através de documentação disponível e aprovada;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Desejável curso técnico na área;Informática básica;Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade.
