É o profissional que garante a organização das demandas, o fluxo de suprimentos e o suporte técnico às rotinas de estoque, atuando com atenção aos detalhes, agilidade e senso de responsabilidade para que nossa "equipe de pista" nunca fique sem insumos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Auxiliar de Logística no Grupo FIT, você será o piloto responsável pelos bastidores, garantindo que o suprimento e a movimentação de insumos ocorram com a precisão de um pit stop. Sua atuação é essencial para que o "motor" das nossas unidades nunca pare por falta de combustível (insumos).Suas principais responsabilidades no grid incluem:Check-in de Mercadorias: Conferir notas fiscais e pedidos, inspecionando rigorosamente a qualidade e quantidade dos produtos que entram no nosso box.Estratégia de Armazenamento (FIFO): Organizar e armazenar insumos em locais apropriados, como estoque seco e câmaras frias, seguindo as normas de higiene e garantindo que o primeiro a entrar seja o primeiro a sair.Controle de Performance (Inventário): Apoiar na realização de inventários diários e semanais para manter a acuracidade total entre o estoque físico e o sistema.Prevenção de Perdas: Monitorar os prazos de validade e identificar itens próximos ao vencimento, comunicando a equipe para evitar qualquer desperdício na pista.Manutenção do Box: Manter a organização e a limpeza impecável das áreas de estoque, prateleiras e equipamentos, zelando pelos padrões de higiene.Logística e Abastecimento entre Terminais: Conduzir o veículo da empresa para o transporte e entrega de mercadorias entre unidades, garantindo a integridade dos produtos e o cumprimento das normas de trânsito.Gestão da Frota: Controlar a quilometragem, o abastecimento e a limpeza do veículo, além de registrar todas as movimentações no sistema de controle.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional que se identifique com nosso propósito e tenha as seguintes qualificações:Organizacionais: Disciplina que nos fortalece, Segurança em cada atitude, Gratidão que nos conecta, Vibração que inspira.Habilidades Técnicas: Pessoa organizada, ágil e atenta aos detalhes, que entende a importância do bastidor para a excelência da operação.Habilidades Comportamentais: Proatividade, Atenção aos detalhes, Responsabilidade, Disciplina, Colaboração, Senso de urgência, Comprometimento, Organização pessoal, Cordialidade, Senso de dono.Conhecimentos: Conhecimento prático do método FIFO (PEPS – Primeiro que Entra, Primeiro que Sai) para garantir a rotatividade correta dos insumos, Segurança Alimentar: Noções básicas de higiene e armazenamento correto para produtos perecíveis e sensíveis.Vivência Desejável: Familiaridade com softwares de controle de estoque, como sistemas ERP ou WMS.Informações adicionaisLocal de Atuação: Lojas do Grupo FIT no aeroporto de GuarulhosSalário: R$ 2.070,51Benefícios: Vale transporte + refeição no local + gorjetaEscala: 6x1 (1 folga semanal + 1 domingo/mês).Turnos disponíveis: Manhã: 09h às 17h20
