Realizar atividades operacionais logísticas, voltadas a: recebimento, carga, descarga, expedição e entrega de mercadorias, recolhimento de documentação e preparação de documentação para envio ao Departamento Financeiro; apoio no controle de estoque.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEmitir notas fiscais eletrônicas, de acordo com a movimentação sistêmica;Receber Departamento Comercial, solicitações de materiais e dar início à separação dos materiais;Aferir temperatura de materiais, quando necessário transportar materiais termossensíveis;Embalar materiais separados e segregar no setor de expedição, com a devida identificação de etiqueta;Preencher dashboard de expedição e de logística reversa, via sistema, aplicativos ou planilhas do Office;Manter a limpeza de gôndolas onde ficam armazenados os materiais e do estoque de modo geral, realizada pela equipe de Serviços Gerais;Sinalizar a necessidade de etiquetar materiais que forem visualizados sem identificação, no estoque;Conferir a documentação da carga dos materiais e equipamentos, antes do carregamento do veículo;Conferir a documentação legal do veículo disponibilizado pela empresa;Vistoriar o veículo disponibilizado pela empresa, analisando calibragem de pneus, funcionalidade de faróis, nível de água, combustível, óleo e aditivos, antes do início da rota e calibrar/completar fluidos, se necessário;Conduzir o veículo disponibilizado pela empresa, para realizar entrega de materiais, nos clientes, conforme o Código Nacional de Trânsito;Conduzir o veículo sob sua responsabilidade, em estradas e rodovias, para realizar transferência dos produtos comercializados pela Empresa, entre filiais e regiões da atuação da Empresa, bem como documentos e equipamentos administrativos (materiais de escritório e informática), conforme o Código Nacional de Trânsito;Sinalizar possíveis anormalidades identificadas no veículo disponibilizado pela empresa, para seu uso;Conduzir o veículo disponibilizado pela empresa, até os “lava jatos”, para higienização, bem como acompanhar o serviço;Conferir, entregar e receber documentos do cliente, como notas fiscais eletrônicas e termos de responsabilidade de produtos;Conferir, entregar e receber mercadorias (devolução) do cliente;Realizar a carga e a descarga dos produtos, no cliente e na empresa;Operar dispositivos tipo rampas, para movimentação de materiais, no veículo;Preencher checklist diário, do veículo sob sua responsabilidade; Relatar não conformidades na carga e descarga de mercadorias, observadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Microsoft Office básico;Habilidade com tecnologia e sistemas digitais;Habilitação (CNH categoria B) ativa;Disponibilidade para viagens.Desejável Ensino Técnico completo, em Logística ou graduação em andamento, em Logística ou Administração;Desejável experiência de trabalho no ramo Logístico;Desejável noção de mecânica básica de carros e experiência com direção veicular em estradas e rodovias.Informações adicionaisRegime de contratação: CLTEscala e Jornada de trabalho: 5X2 - segunda a quinta, de 8h as 18h e sexta, de 8h as 17h (CH: 220h mensais)Benefícios:- Vale Transporte- Auxílio Alimentação/Refeição (flexível)- Plano de Saúde (custo compartilhado)- Auxílio Educação (ajuda de custo de 20% com Graduação ou Pós-graduação, relacionadas ao cargo exercido)- Cesta Natalina, para celebrar o fim de ano com mais sabor- Parcerias com instituições para descontos- Massoterapia no trabalho (exclusivo BA)Obs.: os benefícios poderão ser alterados conforme modificações na legislação, diferenças entre territórios ou eventuais atualizações das normas internas da Empresa.Vaga inclusiva: também disponível para PCD - Pessoa com Deficiência.
