O Auxiliar de Manutenção Predial tem como missão apoiar as atividades de manutenção predial da concessionária, executando tarefas auxiliares relacionadas à conservação e pequenas intervenções em edificações, infraestrutura predial e áreas operacionais, contribuindo para a organização do ambiente de trabalho, suporte às equipes técnicas e atendimento às demandas de manutenção.Responsabilidades e atribuições Auxiliar na execução de pequenos reparos, serviços hidráulicos simples, pintura, manutenção de portas, portões, fechaduras, suportes e outras estruturas. Apoiar em trabalhos em altura, como manutenção de telhados, limpeza de calhas e limpeza de caixas d'água, realizando atividades de suporte, organização e movimentação de materiais, sempre sob supervisão e conforme NR-35. Auxiliar em serviços de manutenção de laços indutivos nas pistas das praças de pedágio e SATs, preparando equipamentos, fazendo a sinálização e apoiando na execução. Organizar e transportar ferramentas, materiais e equipamentos para os locais de trabalho. Apoiar na organização do estoque e no controle básico de materiais. Colaborar na montagem e desmontagem de estruturas e equipamentos durante as manutenções. Auxiliar na sinalização e isolamento das áreas de trabalho, garantindo a segurança da equipe e dos usuários. Apoiar no atendimento aos chamados registrados no sistema de manutenção, ajudando no controle de prioridades conforme orientação do Oficial. Acompanhar o Oficial no acompanhamento de empresas terceirizadas, dando suporte nas atividades necessárias. Cumprir e zelar pelo uso correto dos EPIs e pelo atendimento às normas de segurança do trabalho.
