Por isso, aqui você vai encontrar pessoas de diferentes lugares, histórias, mas que acreditam na importância da união e no poder do apoio e do acolhimento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na execução das atividades de conservação e manutenção corretiva e preventiva (hidráulica, elétrica e predial) dos imóveis;Realizar pequenos reparos, como troca de lâmpadas, ajustes e consertos simples;Auxiliar na inspeção de equipamentos e instalações, identificando necessidades de manutenção;Transportar ferramentas, materiais e equipamentos necessários para a execução das atividades;Manter a organização, limpeza e conservação do local de trabalho, bem como das ferramentas utilizadas;Acompanhar e dar suporte a prestadores de serviços terceirizados, quando necessário;Executar rotinas de manutenção preventiva conforme orientação da equipe técnica;Identificar possíveis falhas ou irregularidades e reportar à equipe responsável;Atuar com proatividade e disposição em atividades operacionais do dia a dia;Contribuir para a conservação do ambiente, segurança das instalações e continuidade das operações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara atuar como Auxiliar de Manutenção Predial da ALS, esperamos que você tenha os seguintes requisitos básicos:Ensino médio completo;Noções básicas de manutenção elétrica, hidráulica e predial;Conhecimento em rotinas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;Leitura e interpretação básica de ordens de serviço;Ter conhecimento das Normas Regulatórias (NR-10 / Segurança em Instalações e Serviços em Eletricidade – Básica e NR- 35 / Trabalho em Altura);É um diferencial se você possuir:Curso Técnico em Elétrica, Mecânica, Edificações ou áreas correlatas;Informações adicionais🍽 Vale Refeição/Alimentação;🔃 Vale transporte (no cartão de transporte);🚑 Assistência Médica Coparticipativa;🦷 Assistência Odontológica;🏋️ Totalpass;💊 Desconto Farmácias;📚 Parcerias com faculdades e escolas de idiomas;🥳 Day off aniversário.HORÁRIO: SEGUNDA A SEXTA FEIRA - DAS 8H00 AS 17H45LOCAL: IRÁ PERCORRER TODAS AS UNIDADES DO GRUPO EM CAMPINAS ( BARÃO GERALDO E CAMPO GRANDE ) , HORTOLÂNDIA (JARDIM AMANDA I) ,E PAULÍNIA (BETEL).
