Por isso, incentivamos o desenvolvimento, valorizamos o trabalho bem feito e tratamos a segurança como valor inegociável em todas as nossas atividades.Buscamos Auxiliar de Manutenção Predial Junior  com perfil responsável, atento à segurança e comprometido, que atue com foco em qualidade, disciplina operacional e trabalho em equipe.Aqui, você fará parte de um time que valoriza o respeito, o cuidado com as pessoas e o orgulho de vestir a camisa da PLAMONT.Vaga também destinada a Pessoas com Deficiência (PcD).Responsabilidades e atribuições  Requisitar e utilizar os equipamentos de proteção individual;  Verificar a programação de serviços da Manutenção Predial junto ao Líder de Manutenção Predial;  Auxiliar na realização de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, bem como nas melhorias dos espaços prediais da empresa;  Participar da reunião diária de segurança;  Auxiliar na checagem dos materiais de uso, ferramentas e equipamentos necessários para a execução da obra;  Auxiliar na checagem da mão de obra, verificando o número de pessoas indicadas para executar o serviço;  Auxiliar na orientação do pessoal sobre como executar cada serviço, solicitando desenhos à gerência quando necessário;  Caso ocorram irregularidades com materiais, ferramentas ou equipamentos, auxiliar no acionamento do almoxarifado interno;  Auxiliar na verificação do serviço, conferindo se está de acordo com o que foi programado e auxiliando na execução quando necessário;  Após a execução do serviço, solicitar a presença do Líder, Supervisor, Coordenador, Gerente ou do fiscal de contrato para avaliar o serviço;  Auxiliar na limpeza do local, recolher os materiais do canteiro, dar destino às sucatas conforme orientação e guardar as ferramentas no canteiro e/ou devolvê-las ao almoxarifado interno;  Auxiliar na pintura predial em geral; Auxiliar na limpeza das ferramentas com solvente após o uso;  Auxiliar na composição de mistura de cimento, areia e pedra, dosando as quantidades para obter a argamassa desejada;  Auxiliar no assentamento de tijolos, ladrilhos, alvenarias e materiais afins;  Auxiliar na construção de alicerces, levantar paredes, muros e construções similares;  Auxiliar no reboco de estruturas construídas;  Auxiliar em trabalhos de manutenção corretiva de prédios, calçadas e estruturas semelhantes;  Auxiliar na operacionalização de projetos de instalação de tubulações;  Auxiliar na preparação do local para instalação;  Auxiliar na pré-montagem de tubulações;  Auxiliar na instalação de tubulações;  Auxiliar na manutenção de equipamentos e acessórios;  Zelar pela conservação das ferramentas, equipamentos e materiais sob sua responsabilidade;  Cumprir procedimentos da Qualidade, Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente, Administrativos da empresa e do cliente, observando as responsabilidades neles definidas, e controlar registros conforme estabelecido no Sistema de Gestão Integrada. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental Incompleto.Informações adicionaisSalário Compatível com Mercado;Ticket Café;Ticket Alimentação;Ticket Refeição;Seguro de Vida;Vale Transporte;Convênios com Faculdade e Parceiros, incentivando o desenvolvimento contínuo e o crescimento profissional.
