Valorizamos a diversidade, a colaboração e o desenvolvimento contínuo dos nossos colaboradores.Interessado em fazer parte do nosso time?Então inscreva-se em nosso site na vaga desejada.Venha construir o futuro em nossa cooperativa!🌾 CAAL - Juntos Somos Fortes! 🌾Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar reformas e reparos em edificações, assegurando a qualidade e segurança dos serviços realizados;Realizar instalações hidráulicas e pequenos ajustes em sistemas de água e esgoto;Atuar em serviços de construção, manutenção, recuperação e conservação de estruturas prediais;Executar trabalhos de infraestrutura e superestrutura, incluindo concretagem, alvenaria e reboco;Realizar acabamentos em geral, como revestimentos, pisos, pintura e reparos diversos;Apoiar nas demandas de manutenção predial, realizando inspeções e reparos preventivos e corretivos;Auxiliar no deslocamento e instalação de mobiliários;Realizar instalação de portas, fechaduras, janelas e demais componentes;Executar atividades que envolvam trabalho em altura e em espaço confinado, conforme normas de segurança;Zelar pela limpeza, organização e segurança do ambiente de trabalho, garantindo boas práticas e conservação dos materiais e ferramentas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em atividades de pedreiro, com domínio prático das rotinas da função;Conhecimento técnico em fundação, caixas de inspeção, concreto armado, alvenaria e tubulações;Capacidade de identificar e solucionar problemas relacionados à construção e manutenção predial;Habilidade no uso de equipamentos e ferramentas, como maquita, martelete e demais instrumentos da área;Não é necessário curso técnico ou profissionalizante, desde que possua experiência prática;Desejável: possuir CNH, não sendo requisito obrigatório;Disposição a esforço físico constante;Disposição para aprender;Proatividade;Cooperação no trabalho em equipe;Colaboração com outras equipes;Criatividade na resolução de problemas;Respeito;Responsabilidade;Preocupação com a qualidade e com o resultado final das entregas.Informações adicionaisRefeitório Próprio;Vale Transporte;Plano de Saúde;Assistência Odontológica;AFUNCAAL;Auxilio Educação;Auxilio Escolar;Unicaal (Universidade Corporativa);Day-off (Folga no dia do aniversário).
