Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades de assistência a área de manutenção preditiva e preventiva nos equipamentos e instalações da OZ Minerals Brasil, em busca do aumento de disponibilidades e melhoria contínua, utilizando corretamente os recursos e materiais destinados às atividades, com respeito aos valores da organização e conformidades legais relacionadas a saúde, segurança e meio ambiente;Acompanha o Mecânico no monitoramento através de análise de vibrações nos equipamentos do parque industrial, realizando as respectivas análises para identificar as possíveis falhas;Emitir relatórios semanais de desvio nos equipamentos analisados;Atualizar o controle de desgaste em peças e componentes mecânicos conforme parâmetros observados dos monitoramentos efetuados;Interpretar os de software de controle de manutenção;Registrar o histórico de falhas em equipamentos, catalogando os dados das principais intervenções corretivas;Interpretar laudos de análise de óleo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Ensino Médio completo;Experiência em sistema de manutenção;Conhecimento em metrologia, interpretação e de desenho técnico mecânico;Experiência com lubrificação de equipamentos;Conhecimento em sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos;Conhecimento em elementos de máquinas.Requisitos desejáveis:Ensino Técnico completo ou cursando em Mecânica;Pacote Office básico.
