Responsável por realizar o monitoramento das imagens do circuito interno de vigilância (CFTV), acompanhando as atividades das unidades para identificar situações que possam representar riscos à segurança patrimonial, dos colaboradores e dos clientes. Atua na análise de processos operacionais, especialmente da frente de caixa, verificando o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos internos. Registra ocorrências, elabora relatórios, comunica não conformidades aos responsáveis e contribui para a prevenção de perdas, fraudes e irregularidades, apoiando a tomada de decisão e a melhoria contínua dos processos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar as imagens do sistema de CFTV das unidades.Acompanhar movimentações nas áreas internas e externas.Identificar situações de risco, perdas, furtos ou irregularidades.Monitorar o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.Analisar processos da frente de caixa.Verificar divergências operacionais.Registrar ocorrências em sistema ou formulários internos.Elaborar relatórios de monitoramento.Comunicar imediatamente ocorrências aos responsáveis.Preservar o sigilo das informações monitoradas.Apoiar investigações internas quando solicitado.Organizar registros e evidências das ocorrências.Acompanhar o funcionamento dos equipamentos de monitoramento e comunicar falhas.Contribuir para ações de prevenção de perdas e melhoria dos processos.Cumprir as normas de segurança, políticas internas e código de ética da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Médio completo.Conhecimentos básicos em informática (Pacote Office).Facilidade para utilização de sistemas de monitoramento.Organização e atenção aos detalhes.Boa comunicação escrita.Perfil analítico.Discrição e postura ética.DesejáveisExperiência com monitoramento por CFTV.Experiência em prevenção de perdas, segurança patrimonial ou auditoria operacional.Conhecimento básico em elaboração de relatórios.Noções de processos de varejo supermercadista.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOSVale Transporte Prêmio Assiduidade JORNADA44h semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira, com compensação do sábado durante a semana (08h48 diárias).
