Buscamos um(a) Auxiliar de Monitoria para atuar no acompanhamento e análise de imagens provenientes de câmeras portáteis e veiculares, contribuindo para o controle das atividades e identificação de possíveis desvios. Essa pessoa será responsável pelo controle e organização das filmagens, elaboração de registros e relatórios, envio de evidências ao cliente e apoio às rotinas administrativas relacionadas à monitoria.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar o download, organização e armazenamento das imagens provenientes de câmeras portáteis utilizadas pelas equipes;Realizar o download, organização e controle das imagens captadas pelas câmeras instaladas nos veículos (cestos aéreos);Analisar as filmagens, identificando possíveis desvios, irregularidades e não conformidades durante a execução das atividades;Realizar o acompanhamento e controle das filmagens das equipes, garantindo a manutenção dos registros de monitoramento;Preencher, atualizar e manter planilhas em Excel e sistemas online, assegurando a confiabilidade e organização das informações;Elaborar e acompanhar controles relacionados à taxa de filmagens por equipe;Registrar e comunicar os desvios e não conformidades identificados nas filmagens, conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;Selecionar, separar e organizar filmagens e demais evidências de acordo com as solicitações internas e do cliente;Realizar o envio de filmagens e evidências aos clientes por meio de sistemas online;Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais relacionadas às atividades de monitoria;Manter arquivos, documentos e registros da área devidamente organizados e atualizados;Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, conforme orientação da liderança.Requisitos e qualificações Hard Skills (habilidades técnicas):

Ensino Médio completo; Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;

Facilidade para utilização de sistemas e plataformas online;

Habilidade para análise e interpretação de imagens e identificação de desvios;

Organização e atenção aos detalhes para controle de informações e evidências;

Capacidade de concentração para realização de atividades de monitoramento;

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
