Estamos buscando um Auxiliar de Negócios para integrar nossa equipe.A Concessionária Cabral Motor Honda é reconhecida pela excelência no atendimento ao cliente e na venda de motocicletas Honda.Nossa cultura empresarial valoriza a integridade, o profissionalismo e o compromisso com a satisfação do cliente.Com uma equipe dedicada e experiente, buscamos continuamente superar as expectativas dos nossos clientes, proporcionando uma experiência de compra e financiamento excepcional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e Atribuições:Coleta de Dados Cadastrais: Responsável por coletar e compilar as informações dos clientes que desejam adquirir uma motocicleta financiada, formando a "ficha de financiamento".Envio às Financeiras: Enviar as fichas de financiamento para as instituições financeiras parceiras, garantindo que todos os dados sejam precisos e completos.Acompanhamento de Análises: Monitorar o resultado das análises realizadas pelas financeiras sobre a vida financeira dos clientes.Registro em Sistema Interno: Transcrever e documentar detalhadamente em nosso sistema interno todas as informações e resultados das análises fornecidas pelas financeiras.Comunicação com Financeiras: Manter um relacionamento eficaz com as principais instituições financeiras com as quais trabalhamos, como Banco Honda, Bradesco Financeira, Banco Pan, Santander Financeira, Omni, entre outras.Experiências Desejadas:Experiência em Análise de Crédito: Preferência por candidatos com experiência anterior em análise de crédito, seja em financiamento, empréstimo pessoal, ou cartão de crédito.Experiência em Instituições Financeiras ou Concessionárias: Candidatos que já trabalharam em bancos, instituições financeiras ou concessionárias automotivas serão considerados um diferencial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações:Facilidade de Digitação: O candidato deve ter agilidade e precisão na digitação da ficha de financiamento, assegurando que todos os dados sejam inseridos corretamente.Habilidade com Computação: Conhecimento em ferramentas e softwares de escritório, além de habilidade em navegar e utilizar sistemas internos de gestão.Atendimento ao Público: Capacidade de atender os clientes com carinho e atenção, seja presencialmente, por telefone ou pela internet, garantindo uma experiência positiva para o cliente.Carisma e Educação: Ter carisma, educação e respeito ao próximo são qualidades essenciais que se alinham com a cultura de nossa empresa.Trabalho em Equipe: Gostar de trabalhar em equipe é fundamental, já que a área possui mais de 10 pessoas colaborando para alcançar os objetivos comuns.Cursos e Certificações: Cursos relacionados a finanças, atendimento ao cliente ou tecnologia da informação são um diferencial.
