O Centro de Integração Empresa Escola - CIEE é uma instituição filantrópica sem fins lucrativos e de fins não econômicos, reconhecida como entidade de assistência social que, por meio de diversos programas, dentre eles o de aprendizagem e o estágio de estudantes, possibilita aos adolescentes e jovens uma formação integral, ingressando-os ao mundo do trabalho.O CIEE tem um programa de diversidade que acolhe e respeita como você é e como quiser ser!Responsabilidades e atribuições Abrir tickets, tanto internamente quanto externamente, para atender às solicitações dos clientes internos e externos;Criar usuário de acesso ao Portal CIEE, para identificação dos contatos das Instituições de Ensino e Empresas por meio de  WhatsApp ou via telefone;Cadastrar conta bancária do estudante e demais informações necessárias;Verificar a folha de frequência/pagamento dos jovens;Esclarecer dúvidas sobre descontos e valor da bolsa auxílio;Abrir ticket interno para folha de pagamento (SPBA), e ou 4ª via de contrato;Verificar vagas e orientar para auxílio aos estudantes na busca por vagas de estágio e aprendiz, orientando sobre os processos seletivos disponíveis e a maneira correta de se candidatar, conforme o perfil de cada estudante;Informar sobre processos seletivos público com orientação sobre inscrições e processos seletivos públicos disponíveis, oferecendo suporte detalhado sobre as etapas e requisitos;Responder os tickets relacionados à Central de dúvidas, Fale com o CIEE e Reclame aqui.Realizar contato com estudantes, empresas e instituição de ensino para confirmação dos dados;
