Buscamos um(a) Assistente / Auxiliar de Departamento Pessoal com perfil extremamente organizado para ser o(a) guardião(ã) dos nossos arquivos e garantir a conformidade, segurança e rastreabilidade de 100% da documentação do DP.Se você é movido(a) por organização, tem prazer em criar processos bem definidos e não abre mão de um arquivo impecável, essa vaga é sua.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão e Organização de Arquivos Garantir a manutenção, organização e padronização do arquivo físico e digital do Departamento Pessoal, com criação de padrão de nomenclatura e estrutura de pastas por colaborador e por categoria de documento, assegurando rastreabilidade, segurança e localização;Realizar auditoria periódica dos prontuários de colaboradores ativos e desligados, garantindo conformidade legal;Compliance e AuditoriaPreparar e organizar dossiês completos para atendimento a auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações de órgãos trabalhistas, assegurando a defesa jurídica;Controle de Processos e AtendimentoRealizar o controle de protocolos de entrega e devolução de documentos, com criação e gestão de planilhas para controle de entrada e saída de toda documentação;Atuar como ponto focal no atendimento aos colaboradores para solicitação e entrega de documentos, como declarações, afastamentos, licenças médicas e cópias, prestando orientações com cordialidade, discrição e agilidade;Acompanhar e orientar as atividades do Jovem Aprendiz.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVivência prática na organização de grande volume de documentos e auditoria de prontuários;Perfil extremamente organizado, disciplinado, discreto, com senso de dono e alta atenção a detalhes;Ensino Médio completo.Informações adicionaisDiferenciais:Experiência prévia no setor de grande volume de arquivo;
