A SERENG é uma empresa de engenharia especializada em Projetos, Consultoria, Gerenciamento, Apoio Técnico e Gestão de Ativos (Manutenção), atuando nos mais diversos segmentos industriais!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDar suporte ao setor de Planejamento e Gerenciamento de Projetos, garantindo que todos os projetos sejam entregues dentro do prazo e do custo contratados, com qualidade.Planejamento e Controle de Projetos:Auxiliar na elaboração e atualização de cronogramas físico-financeiros no MS Project / Primavera P6;Acompanhar o avanço das disciplinas de projeto (Civil, Elétrica, Automação Mecânica etc.);Controlar prazos de entrega de documentos, desenhos e revisões.Acompanhamento e Interface:Cobrar diariamente/semanalmente os projetistas e projetistas terceirizados sobre o andamento das atividades;Participar de reuniões de planejamento e de acompanhamento com clientes (elaborar atas e lista de pendências);Controlar lista de documentos do projeto (LD).Relatórios e Indicadores:Atualizar a Curva S de avanço físico e financeiro;Apoiar na elaboração do Relatório Semanal de Progresso e Relatório Mensal para o cliente;Atualizar indicadores de desempenho: % de avanço, desvio de prazo, produtividade;Manter a pasta de planejamento organizada no servidor / SharePoint

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos ObrigatóriosCursando ou ser formado em Engenharia, Administração, Arquitetura ou Gestão de Projetos;Excel Intermediário / Avançado;Conhecimento em MS Project ou Primavera P6;Perfil extremamente organizado, proativo e com boa comunicação escrita.

Requisitos DesejáveisNoção de Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Power BI;Experiência prévia em escritório de projetos ou PMO;Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis ou PMBOK.Informações adicionais• Plano de Saúde;• Seguro de vida;• Refeição;• Transporte;• Convênio com Wellhub (GYMPASS).
