Sobre nós:Há mais de 45 anos no mercado, a Valgroup se tornou uma das maiores produtoras, transformadoras e recicladoras de plástico do mundo, com operações no Brasil, Espanha, Estados Unidos, México e Uruguai, com mais de 5 mil colaboradores em 41 plantas produtivas e 7 plantas logísticas.Somos uma empresa consolidada em busca da liderança do mercado de embalagens plásticas nas Américas através de inovações sustentáveis e do reconhecimento como referência em economia circular, sendo uma das primeiras empresas do mundo a assinar o Compromisso Global da Nova Economia do Plástico.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a triagem de materiais recicláveis, com foco em garrafas PET, separando manualmente resíduos inadequados para o processo de reciclagem;Alimentar esteiras, máquinas fragmentadoras e lavadoras, garantindo o fluxo contínuo da produção;Acompanhar o processo de lavagem e secagem das garrafas PET, monitorando possíveis entupimentos ou falhas operacionais;Retirar resíduos sólidos e líquidos acumulados nas áreas de produção, respeitando normas de segurança e higiene;Realizar o ensacamento, enfardamento e organização dos materiais reciclados (flakes ou fardos de PET), identificando e etiquetando conforme os padrões da empresa;Realizar a limpeza e organização do setor produtivo, incluindo a remoção de resíduos plásticos do chão, das máquinas e dos arredores;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental Completo;Disponibilidade para atuar em Xerém - Duque de Caxias/RJ;Disponibilidade de horário/turnos;Ter experiência com processo de reciclagem será considerado diferencial;Ter atuado com atividades de limpeza será considerado diferencial;Uso obrigatório de EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual), como luvas, máscara, protetor auricular, óculos e botas;Seguir rigorosamente os procedimentos de segurança e as normas ambientais, evitando acidentes e contaminações.Foco em resultadosDinamismoTrabalho em equipePrestatividadeOrganizaçãoDisposiçãoColaboraçãoInformações adicionaisAssistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Seguro de vida;PLR;Refeição no Local;Cesta Básica;Vale-transporte.
