Missão do CargoMonitorar controle de peso, parâmetros na linha de produção e condições microbiológicasvisando a garantia da qualidade do produto na sua característica geral. Auxiliar na manutenção dos sistemas de gestão da qualidade e segurança de alimentos conforme procedimentos internos, buscando atender clientes internos e externos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a troca de caixas de produtos devolvidos, avariados ou com necessidade de readequação.Emitir etiquetas de identificação e bloqueio quando necessário.Apoiar a equipe de Logística na definição do destino dos materiais devolvidos.Registrar desvios identificados nas devoluções por meio de abertura de Forms, tais como falta de produto, vazamentos, avarias, entre outros.Dar suporte às atividades relacionadas à logística e à identificação de desvios, garantindo a correta comunicação das ocorrências.Garantir a organização e conservação da área de devoluções em conjunto com a equipe logística.Atuar como responsável pelo controle de acesso ao setor de devoluções, assegurando sua adequada gestão e segurança.Acompanhar e cobrar o retorno de pallets enviados para troca ou regularização.Realizar o bloqueio de produto acabado (PA) conforme procedimentos internos e necessidades operacionais.Contribuir para a manutenção da rastreabilidade dos produtos e para o cumprimento dos requisitos de qualidade e armazenagem.
