Se você procura um ambiente acolhedor, com oportunidades de desenvolvimento, e tem orgulho em contribuir com um propósito maior, essa vaga pode ser ideal para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar do processo de ReS;Aplicar teste psicotécnico;Aplicar dinâmicas de grupos;Entrega de cartões de aniversariante do mês;Controle de estagiário, jovens aprendizes e PCD;Avaliação de período de experiência;Integração onbording;Solicitar materiais de suprimentos da área e uniformes para os empregados quando necessário;Solicitação por e-mail do Vp e Gestor da área;Cotação do serviço;Acompanhamento do contrato;Controle do acesso ao clube pelo sistema de multiclubes;Pagamento NFS contendo os recolhimentos de ISS/INSS/comprovante de que as pessoas prestadoras de serviços no clube estão contratadas pela empresa terceira;Após os documentos corretos, segue para o fiscal e depois para o financeiro pagar;Marcar exames médicos periódicos, de mudança de função e/ou complementares, admissionais ou demissionais para os empregados de conforme as normas e instruções adotadas pelo PIC;Organizar festas e comemorações dos aniversariantes do mês, bem como os eventos relacionado à CIPA;Participar juntamente com a gerencia de recursos humanos da aplicação de treinamentos;Separar e selecionar documentos da área, colocando-os em ordem das datas, nome, número de registro e/ou data da ocorrência, com a finalidade de arquivamento e para facilitar possíveis e futuras pesquisas no âmbito interno ou externo;Preencher relatórios diversos, visando subsidiar, disponibilizar e encaminhar informações e outros dados inerentes a sua área de atuação à Chefia Imediata;Cuidar dos bens patrimoniais da Empresa sob sua responsabilidade, zelando pela limpeza, manuseio e guarda dos mesmos com o objetivo de conservação, utilização plena e prolongamento de vida útil;
