Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar divulgação das vagas, triagem de currículos, e convocação de candidatos, seguindo os requisitos necessários para o cargo;(Dar suporte nos processos seletivos (entrevistas coletivas, individuais e aplicação de testes), quando solicitado; Fornecer feedback aos candidatos após cada etapa do processo seletivo, sempre mantendo uma comunicação clara e profissional (pela plataforma gupy, whatsapp ou email). Colaborar na decisão final de seleção, discutindo as escolhas com gestores e garantindo que os critérios de seleção sejam cumpridos de maneira imparcial.Enviar as orientações de admissão a(ao) o candidato(a), tanto por email quanto suporte via whatsapp; Solicitar junto à Segurança do Trabalho a lista de exames admissionais e informar os dados do candidato previamente aprovado, para que seja enviado o encaminhamento para a realização do ASO admissional, para garantir que o candidato está apto fisicamente a exercer função;Preencher as informações dos candidatos na carta de abertura de conta;Solicitar a admissão do novo colaborador ao Departamento Pessoal, inserindo todas as informações do candidato no sistema (horário, salário, CPF, supervisor, unidade, data de início);Participar do processo de integração de novos funcionários, auxiliando na adaptação e fornecendo informações sobre a empresa e políticas internas;Acompanhar e atualizar as etapas e informações sobre as vagas nas plataformas de Recrutamento e Seleção;Organizar os recursos necessários para entrevistas, eventos e treinamento: reserva de sala, projetor, equipamentos de vídeo e áudio, apostilas, lista de frequência, certificados de presença e outros materiais utilizados;Agendar via sistema (JIRA) a captação de imagens dos colaboradores para confecção de crachá junto ao setor de Marketing;Auxiliar nos processos de onboarding no que se refere a entrega de materiais aos novos contratados; Auxiliar no planejamento, organização e realização de eventos corporativos, nas comunicações internas e demais atividades de endomarketing;Realizar a solicitação de apólice de estagiários (via e-mail para a seguradora);Realizar o lançamento de apólices na TOTVS e no JIRA (Suprimentos);Realizar atendimento aos colaboradores e gestores da organização, sobre assuntos pertinentes à área, quando solicitado;Auxiliar nos Programas Jovens Aprendizes e Estagiários;Auxiliar no acompanhamento do período de experiência dos novos colaboradores;Apoiar e acompanhar a avaliação de desempenho dos colaboradores;Organizar e controlar o estoque interno da área de Gente e Cultura;Executar demais atividades correlatas ao cargo, segundo necessidades da área e direcionamento do gestor.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso em andamento ou concluído em Gestão de RH, Psicologia, Administração ou areas correlatas;Proatividade;Atenção aos detalhes;Conhecimento em pacote office;Oganização;Boa comunicação oral e escrita. Informações adicionaisHorário: Segunda à sexta: 8h às 18h Sábado: 8h às 12h
