The posting

•  É o profissional responsável pela gestão operacional do enxoval (roupas de cama, banho, mesa) e dos uniformes dentro do setor de rouparia. Seu objetivo principal é controlar o recebimento, a conferência, a estocagem, a separação e a distribuição contínua das peças limpas para as equipes de camareiras, setores operacionais, leitos hospitalares ou clientes, além de recolher as peças sujas e encaminhá-las para a lavanderia, garantindo o controle de estoque e a conservação do acervo têxtil.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Organizar os enxovais em prateleiras e/ou armários. Organizar e preparar os enxovais para a distribuição às camareiras.  •

Auxiliar a Governanta ou Supervisão de Governança na realização do inventário de enxoval. Separar enxovais danificados e desgastados para descarte e auxiliar na contagem e separação de enxoval sujo.  •

Discriminar detalhadamente as roupas de hóspedes antes de enviar à Lavanderia, verificando atentamente a presença de manchas ou rasgos. Fazer a conferência e entrega de roupas de hóspedes e condôminos que retornam da lavanderia. •

Realizar a passadoria de uniformes e roupas de hóspedes e condôminos. Fazer pequenos reparos em uniformes e organizar e entregar os uniformes aos colaboradores.  •

Prestar atendimento direto a hóspedes e condôminos. Realizar a limpeza e organização contínua do setor de rouparia.  •

Seguir o procedimento de Achados e Perdidos para itens encontrados no enxoval. Apoiar eventualmente as demais áreas operacionais do empreendimento.
