Missão do Cargo: Auxiliar na segurança e a saúde dos trabalhadores, prevenindo acidentes e doenças ocupacionais através da aplicação de medidas de segurança, treinamentos e inspeções no canteiro de obras. Isso envolve a implementação e monitoramento de políticas de segurança, a identificação e avaliação de riscos, a elaboração de planos de segurança e a orientação aos trabalhadores e gestores sobre as normas e procedimentos de segurança. 

Responsabilidades e atribuições Auxiliar nos processos e procedimentos que garanta a integridade física dos trabalhadores e de terceiros no canteiro de obras, através da prevenção e eliminação de riscos. Isso inclui a identificação, análise e avaliação de riscos, o desenvolvimento e implementação de medidas preventivas, realização de check list e relatórios de inspeções (através do sistema Onsafety), realizar acompanhamento e liberação de atividades especiais e/ou perigosas. Fornecimento e registro de EPI´s, inspeção de equipamentos e estruturas, auxiliar na gestão da documentação própria e terceiros através de sistemas próprios (GD4 e/ou IMETRA), aplicação de DSS, acompanhar auditorias internas e externas. Acompanhar atividades da equipe de parede de concreto.

O principal desafio do Auxiliar em segurança do trabalho na construção civil é auxiliar nas atividades para que o ambiente de trabalho seja seguro e saudável para todos os trabalhadores, minimizando os riscos de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais, bem como prejuízos financeiros para a empresa. Este desafio exige uma atuação constante e proativa, envolvendo a identificação e prevenção de riscos, o cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras, a conscientização dos trabalhadores e supervisores e a promoção de uma cultura de segurança. 

Requisitos e qualificações Instrução / Formação Acadêmica TÉCNICO EM SEGURANÇA DO TRABALHO COM OU SEM REGISTRO NO MTE Conhecimentos Específicos Pacote office; CNH B; Apto para trabalhar em altura;                  - Desejável conhecimento nos sistemas GD-4 e Onsafety; - Residir em Nova Iguaçu ou Região. 

Experiência Relevante Na área de segurança do trabalho 06 meses (pode ser estagio) ou já ter trabalhado na construção civil (qualquer cargo).
