Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais responsabilidades:

Realizar a limpeza e conservação de ambientes internos e externos, incluindo salas, banheiros, copa, corredores e áreas operacionais;Efetuar pequenos reparos prediais, como troca de lâmpadas e consertos simples em mobiliários e instalações;Realizar a limpeza e higienização de filtros de ar-condicionado conforme orientação técnica;Executar pequenos serviços de pintura e sinalização interna;Apoiar na movimentação e organização de móveis e equipamentos;Zelar pelo uso, conservação e armazenamento adequado de ferramentas e materiais;Comunicar à liderança qualquer falha ou necessidade de manutenção mais complexa;Utilizar corretamente os EPIs e cumprir as normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa.Experiências esperadas:

Experiência com limpeza, conservação e organização de ambientes corporativos, operacionais ou industriais;Vivência em pequenos reparos prediais e atividades de manutenção básica;Conhecimento sobre uso adequado de produtos, materiais e equipamentos de limpeza;Familiaridade com normas de segurança e utilização de EPIs;Experiência com apoio em atividades de facilities, conservação ou serviços gerais será um diferencial;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:• Ensino médio completo

Conhecimentos técnicos (hard skills): Experiência com limpeza e conservação de ambientes internos e externos;Conhecimento em pequenos reparos prediais, como troca de lâmpadas e manutenção básica;Conhecimento no uso correto de produtos, materiais e equipamentos de limpeza; Noções de manutenção preventiva e conservação de instalações;Familiaridade com normas de segurança do trabalho e utilização de EPIs;Capacidade de organizar e armazenar adequadamente ferramentas e materiais;Diferencial: experiência anterior em atividades de facilities, serviços gerais, manutenção ou conservação predial.Competências comportamentais (soft skills):Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade;Comprometimento com a qualidade e conservação dos ambientes;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Agilidade na execução das atividades;Capacidade de seguir normas, procedimentos e orientações;Zelo pelo patrimônio, ferramentas e equipamentos da empresa;Disciplina e pontualidade;Foco em segurança, saúde e meio ambiente.
