Sobre a vagaEstamos em busca de um(a) profissional de Serviços Gerais para integrar nossa equipe e contribuir para a organização, limpeza, conservação e manutenção dos ambientes da escola.A pessoa contratada será responsável por apoiar a rotina da instituição, garantindo que os espaços estejam sempre limpos, organizados, seguros e adequados para o uso de alunos, colaboradores e demais membros da comunidade escolar.Buscamos alguém responsável, organizado, proativo, cuidadoso e comprometido, que tenha facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e disposição para contribuir com as diferentes demandas da rotina escolar.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a limpeza e conservação dos ambientes da escola, incluindo salas de aula, corredores, banheiros, áreas administrativas e espaços de convivência;Efetuar a higienização de pisos, móveis, vidros, portas e demais superfícies;Recolher, separar e realizar o descarte adequado dos resíduos;Manter os ambientes organizados, limpos e adequados para utilização por alunos, colaboradores e visitantes;Abastecer os ambientes com materiais de higiene e limpeza, sempre que necessário;Utilizar corretamente os produtos, materiais e equipamentos destinados à limpeza;Zelar pela conservação dos materiais e equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade;Apoiar na organização e preparação dos ambientes para eventos, reuniões e atividades escolares;Identificar e comunicar à liderança necessidades de manutenção, reparos ou reposição de materiais;Cumprir as normas e procedimentos de segurança, higiene e conservação da instituição;Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com a equipe, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento da rotina escolar;Executar outras atividades relacionadas à função, conforme orientação da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Fundamental completo;Experiência anterior na área de limpeza, conservação ou serviços gerais será considerada um diferencial;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente;Conhecimento básico sobre produtos, materiais e equipamentos de limpeza;Noções de organização, higiene e conservação de ambientes.Competências comportamentais:Responsabilidade e comprometimento;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade;Agilidade e disposição para as atividades da função;Boa comunicação;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Cordialidade e respeito no relacionamento com alunos, famílias, colaboradores e demais membros da comunidade escolar;Zelo e cuidado com os ambientes e materiais da instituição.
