Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em atendimento de Suporte Técnico ERP que não apenas entenda de sistemas, mas que compreenda a dinâmica do comércio e varejo. Sua Missão Principal:

Seu objetivo será ser a ponte entre a necessidade do cliente e a solução tecnológica, garantindo uma experiência de atendimento excepcional. Você irá diagnosticar, solucionar e orientar nossos clientes, construindo uma relação de confiança através de um suporte transparente, ágil e eficaz.

Como Será o Seu Dia a Dia:

Prestar suporte técnico especializado (remoto e presencial) a clientes do segmento de varejo e comércio. Analisar e diagnosticar questões relacionadas aos módulos do ERP: Estoque, Financeiro, Compras, Fiscal, Frente de Caixa (PDV), etc. Conduzir treinamentos e capacitações para usuários, garantindo a correta utilização do sistema. Documentar atendimentos e escalar soluções complexas para as equipes de desenvolvimento. Atuar proativamente na identificação de melhorias para os clientes e para nossos processos internos.

Experiência em Atendimento de Suporte em Empresas de Software ERP, ou experiência em empresas do segmento de comércio ou varejo, utilizando sistemas ERP em áreas como Estoque, Financeiro, Compras ou Fiscal. Excelente habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita. Perfil proativo, curioso e com forte senso de dono para resolver problemas. Habilitação CNH A/B e total disponibilidade para viagens. Conhecimentos sólidos em informática e ambientes de sistemas.

Formação superior ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento em linguagem SQL para consultas e análise de dados. Experiência prévia com implantação de software ERP.Informações adicionaisO Que Oferecemos:
