Colabora para o fluxo eficiente de suprimentos na instituição.Vaga 100% presencial - Bairro LuxemburgoHorário de trabalho: 08:00 às 17:48 SEG SEXResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecebimento e conferência: Realizar a recepção de materiais, medicamentos e insumos, conferindo minuciosamente a ordem de compra em relação ao produto recebido, garantindo o cumprimento de todas as etapas descritas na instrução de trabalho.Lançamento de notas fiscais: Inserir as informações das Notas Fiscais no sistema, assegurando a precisão e exatidão dos dados fornecidos.Encaminhamento de documentos: Enviar as Notas Fiscais com espelho de entrada para a Controladoria e, quando se tratar de Verba, também para o setor de Projetos, no prazo de até 1 (um) dia após o recebimento. Nessas situações, incluir os orçamentos das Ordens de Compra vinculadas ao processo registrado no sistema.Interface com Compras: Manter comunicação constante com o departamento de Compras para resolução de demandas relacionadas a atrasos na entrega, divergências entre ordem de compra e nota fiscal, devoluções e demais questões envolvendo o recebimento de produtos no Centro de Distribuição.Movimentação de estoque: Realizar diariamente transferências diretas para os estoques de destino, como a Central de Abastecimento Farmacêutico (CAF) e o Laboratório. Em casos de compras “SPOT” ou “sob encomenda”, acionar os setores responsáveis e, em caso de dúvidas, buscar orientação com o superior imediato.Armazenamento e organização: Armazenar e organizar adequadamente os produtos no Centro de Distribuição, garantindo a conservação e qualidade dos itens.Atendimento à CAF: Atender diariamente às solicitações da CAF conforme o planejamento de demanda (GTPLAN), registrando corretamente todas as atividades no sistema de gestão.Atendimento aos setores: Realizar atendimentos semanais aos pedidos dos setores, conforme cronograma estabelecido, assegurando o registro correto das baixas de estoque e o acompanhamento de pendências.Controle de estoque: Apoiar o controle de estoque junto ao superior imediato, reportando variações de consumo, níveis baixos ou falta de produtos.Inventário: Participar dos processos de inventário periódico.Descarte de materiais: Efetuar o descarte adequado de materiais recicláveis, bem como de produtos e medicamentos vencidos ou danificados.Organização do ambiente: Contribuir para a manutenção de um ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado.Cumprimento de normas: Seguir rigorosamente todas as rotinas descritas nas Instruções de Trabalho (IT) e Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (PRS).Outras atividades: Executar demais atividades correlatas conforme solicitação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS TÉCNICOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:Ensino Médio completo;Conhecimento em informática.REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS DESEJÁVEIS:Curso técnico ou superior em áreas relacionadas;Experiência anterior em suprimentos, farmácia, estoque ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de estoque.Informações adicionaisAlimentação: Vale-Refeição/Vale-Alimentação no valor de R$ 28,60 por dia trabalhado;Bem-estar: plano médico e odontológico Unimed, parceria Sesc (clubes, pousadas e descontos), convênio Droga Clara;Educação: descontos e bolsas exclusivas na Faculdade Anhanguera;Reconhecimento: prêmio retorno de férias;Soluções Financeiras: empréstimo consignado do Sicoob;Transporte: Vale-Transporte.
