O Grupo Coringa está com uma oportunidade para Auxiliar de TI. A pessoa contratada apoiará o atendimento aos usuários e o funcionamento dos computadores, sistemas, rede, telefonia e demais equipamentos de tecnologia da unidade.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender usuários internos, identificar problemas e prestar suporte técnico em computadores, impressoras, softwares e periféricos.Instalar, configurar e acompanhar a manutenção de equipamentos e programas.Apoiar a organização e manutenção da infraestrutura de rede e telecomunicações, incluindo cabeamento estruturado, conectores, testes de continuidade, switches e pontos de acesso Wi-Fi.Acompanhar o funcionamento dos links de internet, telefonia fixa e móvel e rádios, acionando fornecedores quando necessário.Auxiliar nas rotinas de rede, servidores e controle de acessos, conforme orientação do responsável pela área.Apoiar a instalação e manutenção de câmeras, gravadores e demais equipamentos de CFTV.Prestar suporte aos equipamentos eletrônicos da unidade, como relógios de ponto, aparelhos telefônicos e receptores de TV.Registrar atendimentos, acompanhar chamados e apoiar solicitações de compra de equipamentos e serviços de TI.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Conhecimentos básicos de manutenção de computadores, instalação de softwares, redes e suporte ao usuário.Organização, boa comunicação e disposição para atender diferentes áreas da empresa.Desejável: curso técnico em Informática, Redes de Computadores ou área relacionada, concluído ou em andamento.Diferencial: experiência com cabeamento estruturado, CFTV, telefonia ou suporte em ambiente corporativo.
