A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar! Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar e orientar pacientes antes, durante e após os procedimentos.Realizar identificação e conferência dos dados dos pacientes.Auxiliar na coleta de materiais biológicos, conforme capacitação e protocolos da instituição.Realizar coleta de sangue e outros materiais, quando habilitado e sob orientação do responsável técnico.Preparar pacientes para exames e procedimentos laboratoriais.Organizar e preparar materiais, equipamentos e insumos utilizados nos procedimentos.Realizar higienização e desinfecção de materiais e superfícies, conforme protocolos.Acondicionar, identificar e encaminhar corretamente as amostras coletadas.Controlar e repor materiais e insumos do setor.Verificar validade e condições de armazenamento dos materiais.Realizar descarte adequado de resíduos e materiais perfurocortantes.Cumprir rigorosamente as normas de biossegurança e controle de infecções.Utilizar corretamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs).Auxiliar na organização e manutenção do ambiente de trabalho.Registrar informações relacionadas aos procedimentos realizados.Prestar atendimento humanizado, mantendo postura ética e profissional.Auxiliar a equipe de enfermagem e demais profissionais nas rotinas do laboratório.Comunicar alterações, intercorrências ou dificuldades identificadas durante o atendimento.Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e materiais utilizados no setor.Seguir protocolos internos, normas técnicas e procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs).Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos OBRIGATÓRIOS:Curso Auxiliar em Enfermagem;Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN).Experiência Laboratório: punções, exames de imagemInformações adicionaisHorário:180:00 07:00 - 19:00 (12x36)Unidade:Centro Clínico DiademaO que oferecemos?Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Vale Alimentação/Refeição;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;Parcerias e descontos com Instituições de Ensino;TotalPass (parceria com academias);Plano de Carreira.
