Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeus principais desafios: Preparar e encaminhar documentos para assinatura (física e eletrônica), acompanhando até a devolução;Organizar e manter atualizado o repositório de contratos no SharePoint, conforme padrão de pastas e nomenclatura;Controlar arquivo físico e digital de contratos, aditivos, garantias e correspondências;Atender demandas administrativas dos gerentes de contrato: impressão, digitalização, montagem de vias e envio de documentos;Acompanhar prazos e pendências documentais, comunicando os responsáveis;Alimentar planilhas e sistemas de controle contratual.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos em você:Ensino médio completo (superior cursando em Administração, Direito ou áreas afins é diferencial);Experiência em rotinas administrativas;Pacote Office (Excel e Word);Familiaridade com SharePoint ou ferramentas de gestão documental;Organização, atenção a detalhes e discrição no trato de informações sigilosas.Jornada de Trabalho:Regime: CLT | 44h semanais;Horário: segunda a quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h, e sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h;Modelo: presencial em Rua do Semeador, nº 429 | Curitiba/PR;Flexibilidade: após o período de experiência, 1 dia de home office por semana.
