Estamos à procura de um Auxiliar Jurídico com vivencia comprovada em carteira para se juntar à nossa equipe de assessoria jurídica. O profissional será responsável pelo tratamento e acompanhamento de demandas administrativas relacionadas aos procedimentos extrajudiciais, garantindo a correta atualização dos sistemas, cumprimento de prazos e suporte às atividades da equipe.

Se você é obstinado por alcance de resultados, ágil e tem experiência em rotinas administrativas jurídicas, essa é uma oportunidade incrível para se juntar a equipe do crédito imobiliário.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCancelamento de procedimentos ativos em cartório, acompanhando solicitações, protocolos e respectivas baixas;Regularização e atualização dos sistemas internos e do cliente, garantindo a consistência das informações e o correto andamento dos casos;Tratativa de purga de mora, realizando conferência, acompanhamento e encaminhamento das demandas;Emissão e acompanhamento de boletos nas plataformas cartorárias, relacionados aos procedimentos da carteira;Solicitação e acompanhamento da devolução de emolumentos, realizando os controles necessários até a efetiva restituição;Controle e acompanhamento de procedimentos de crédito imobiliário e alienação fiduciária;Alimentação e atualização de sistemas, planilhas e controles internos;Conferência de documentos e informações administrativas;Acompanhamento de pendências junto a cartórios e áreas internas;Suporte a equipe nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais da carteira;Identificação e sinalização de inconsistências, pendências e situações que possam impactar o andamento dos procedimentos;Atendimento e tratativa de demandas administrativas junto a cartórios e demais áreas envolvidas no fluxo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito em (4º ao 8º semestre);Disponibilidade de atuação híbrido (3x2) com foco e disciplina;Diligência/ agilidade (alto volume);Habilidade em redação;Atenção aos detalhes (preenchimento de bases).Informações adicionaisVR/ VA - R$ 36,30/dia;Convênio Médico;Plano Odonto;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Home Office;Atuação híbrida;Refeitório interno;Bonificação por objetivos mensais;Day Off (aniversario).
