Na Odontoprev, estamos em busca de uma pessoa que queira se juntar a uma equipe que inspira, acolhe e transforma!Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar Operacional para atuar no setor de Montagem e Expedição de Exames Odontológicos, apoiando as atividades de conferência, organização, montagem e envio de resultados de exames. Esse profissional será responsável por garantir a qualidade, a integridade das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega, contribuindo diretamente para a excelência dos serviços prestados aos clientes e pacientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições 🔹 Auxiliar na montagem, organização e conferência de pastas com exames diagnósticos e documentos odontológicos.🔹 Realizar a conferência de exames, laudos, solicitações e demais documentos, garantindo a correta identificação e integridade das informações.🔹 Receber, separar e organizar malotes, documentos e materiais relacionados às rotinas da área.🔹 Auxiliar na organização, arquivamento e controle de documentos físicos e digitais, assegurando fácil acesso e rastreabilidade das informações.🔹 Efetuar lançamentos de exames, solicitações de clientes e atualizações cadastrais em sistemas internos.🔹 Prestar suporte às demandas dos setores administrativos e clínicos, contribuindo para o bom andamento dos processos operacionais.🔹 Auxiliar no controle de prazos e no acompanhamento das entregas de exames e documentações.🔹 Apoiar a realização de pesquisas de satisfação e demais atividades voltadas à melhoria contínua dos serviços.🔹 Zelar pela organização do ambiente de trabalho, bem como pela confidencialidade e segurança das informações dos pacientes.

Requisitos e qualificações 🔹 Ensino Médio completo;🔹 Conhecimento básico em informática e Pacote Office;🔹 Organização, atenção aos detalhes e agilidade na execução das atividades;🔹 Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalho em equipe;🔹 Conhecimento em rotinas operacionais, administrativas, controle de documentos ou atuação na área da saúde (diferencial).
