O profissional será responsável pelo suporte operacional e de atendimento da área, realizando o acompanhamento ativo de clientes e passageiros por telefone e canais digitais. Sua atuação engloba o controle de fichas médicas, gestão de casos operacionais e de saúde simples, alimentação de planilhas, relatórios e cobertura de rotinas do time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar ligações operacionais de acompanhamento (pós-viagem, coberturas de turno/intervalo e agendamentos).Fazer o contato preventivo e mapeamento de casos especiais de saúde (alergias alimentares, diabetes, seletividade alimentar, cardiopatias e casos psicológicos/psiquiátricos simples).Gerenciar e responder canais de atendimento (WhatsApp, e-mails, tickets via Zendesk e sistema interno NH).Avaliar e organizar a documentação/fichas médicas para atendimentos nos destinos.Executar ações de cobrança e atualização de status de fichas médicas pendentes.Sinalizar e reportar casos de atenção especial diretamente às lideranças.Alimentar e manter atualizadas as planilhas de controle de casos operacionais e de saúde.Elaborar relatórios de atendimento, métricas de ligações e registros padronizados de comunicação.Manter o calendário de ligações organizado e com status atualizados nos sistemas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBoa comunicação verbal e escrita, com escuta empática para lidar com temas sensíveis de saúde.Organização e atenção a detalhes para controle de planilhas e fichas médicas.Proatividade e pontualidade na cobertura de rotinas e acompanhamento de prazos.Domínio do Pacote Office / Google Workspace (planilhas e e-mails) e facilidade com sistemas de atendimento (ex: Zendesk).
