O Auxiliar Operacional tem como missão apoiar as atividades de controle, organização e movimentação de materiais e medidores, garantindo a precisão e a rastreabilidade das informações. Atuará no suporte às rotinas operacionais e técnicas, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos logísticos e para a qualidade das atividades de manutenção e perícia de equipamentos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a conferência de GETs;Realizar o preenchimento de APRs, conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;Utilizar coletores de dados para registro e controle das informações;Apoiar a realização de inventários operacionais;Realizar o recebimento e controle de sucatas;Atuar na descaracterização de medidores, conforme os procedimentos definidos;Manter a organização e conservação da base operacional;Receber os medidores, realizando a conferência do quantitativo informado na nota fiscal com o lote recebido;Consultar os dados dos medidores, verificando as informações disponíveis na base DBO;Acessar o sistema 3C, realizando a leitura do código de barras dos medidores para identificação de possíveis erros e geração de etiquetas;Comunicar ao cliente o recebimento dos medidores para posterior agendamento das perícias;Consultar diariamente as perícias agendadas na planilha DBO, realizando a separação dos respectivos medidores;Organizar os medidores eletromecânicos e eletrônicos, identificando os lotes que serão submetidos a ensaio e aqueles que não serão;Cadastrar em planilha os medidores que serão ensaiados, utilizando a leitura do código de barras para geração da base de dados;Realizar o registro fotográfico dos medidores que serão ensaiados, garantindo a formação de uma base de consulta digital;Organizar os medidores já cadastrados na base de dados em pallets no almoxarifado, garantindo sua disponibilidade e fácil acesso aos técnicos responsáveis pelos ensaios;Realizar o checklist de verificação dos medidores dos clientes, conforme a demanda das perícias programadas, conferindo os itens necessários para a realização do processo;Atualizar e organizar na base DME as informações referentes aos medidores recebidos diariamente;Realizar o encaixotamento dos medidores, efetuando a baixa no sistema e armazenando os pallets devidamente identificados no almoxarifado até a data de devolução aos setores finais (sucata/scrap), conforme o contrato de cada concessionária;Realizar a logística dos medidores em casos de novos agendamentos de perícia, atualizando a planilha de controle e garantindo que o medidor seja separado para a etapa de registro fotográfico;Controlar a relação de medidores destinados à sucata/sucateamento, realizando a conferência no controle diário de devolução para garantir o correto redirecionamento ao cliente;Realizar a gestão dos selos de medidores e conjuntos novos, mantendo o controle e a organização dos materiais;Realizar a pré-montagem das CS, efetuando a substituição de cabos e/ou módulos danificados, visando à reforma e reutilização dos componentes no processo operacional de manutenção de rede.
