Assim, a diversidade de ideias contribui para a construção de tecnologias que revolucionam o mercado. Muitos desafios, aprendizado e crescimento esperam você na DWS Brazil!#vemserumDWSianeEstamos buscando uma pessoa Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer para fazer parte de um time global de tecnologia, atuando na sustentação, administração e evolução dos ambientes de aplicações e desktops virtuais. Essa posição terá forte atuação com Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), garantindo a disponibilidade, estabilidade, segurança e performance dos ambientes, além de contribuir para sua evolução através de automação, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD e práticas DevOps.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia-a-dia:Administrar, suportar e evoluir ambientes de Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD);

Atuar no troubleshooting e resolução de incidentes complexos relacionados a aplicações e desktops virtuais;

Publicar e gerenciar aplicações e desktops;

Garantir a disponibilidade, estabilidade, segurança e monitoramento dos ambientes;

Administrar componentes Azure relacionados ao ambiente, como Virtual Hosts, Resource Groups, NSGs, Image Gallery, FSLogix, Storage Accounts e Route Tables;

Trabalhar com Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID e Conditional Access;

Contribuir para iniciativas de automação, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD e DevOps;

Apoiar a criação e evolução de novos ambientes e soluções;

Participar da melhoria contínua da plataforma e de iniciativas globais de infraestrutura;

Atuar como ponto de escalonamento técnico para incidentes, problemas, requisições e mudanças relacionados à plataforma.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara essa posição, é importante que você tenha:Experiência sólida com Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD);

Experiência prática com ambientes Microsoft Azure;

Conhecimento em Active Directory e Group Policy;

Conhecimento em Entra ID e Conditional Access;

Experiência com ambientes de Virtual Desktop / Remote Applications;

Forte capacidade de troubleshooting em ambientes de infraestrutura;

Experiência em ambientes corporativos de grande porte;

Conhecimento de processos de IT Service Management / ITIL, incluindo Incident, Problem e Change Management;

Inglês para atuação em um time global.

Será legal se você tiver:Experiência com Citrix XenDesktop / XenApp;

Conhecimento de Citrix Cloud;

Experiência com NetScaler;

Conhecimento de Microsoft RDS / RemoteApp;

Experiência com Nerdio;

Conhecimentos em Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automação e CI/CD;

Certificações Microsoft Azure.
