O céu não é o limite! 🧠💻💡Você trabalhará no time de Relacionamento e Sucesso do Cliente, e se você gosta de ter o cliente no centro e trabalhar em equipe, aqui é o seu lugar!Esperamos que você tenha boa comunicação, seja adaptável, tenha percepção de urgência e uma disposição imensa para trabalhar em equipe com espírito colaborativo!👉🏾 Vaga com flexibilidade (trabalho híbrido).Venha ser um dos Quanters 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuições Atender participantes pelos canais da Central de Relacionamento da Quanta, prestando esclarecimentos, realizando atualizações cadastrais, apoiando a revisão dos planos e atendendo às diferentes demandas ao longo da jornada do participante;Recepcionar solicitações, dúvidas e reclamações, compreendendo as necessidades dos participantes e buscando soluções ágeis e efetivas para proporcionar uma boa experiência de atendimento;Comunicar-se de forma clara, empática e objetiva, facilitando a compreensão das informações e atuando como ponto de conexão entre os participantes e as diferentes áreas da Quanta;Registrar e manter atualizadas as informações sobre os atendimentos e interações com os participantes nos sistemas de gestão utilizados pela Quanta;Realizar a identificação e validação dos participantes antes dos atendimentos e operações, seguindo os procedimentos internos e garantindo a proteção dos dados e o cumprimento da LGPD;Incentivar os participantes a avaliarem o atendimento recebido, contribuindo para a coleta de feedbacks e para o fortalecimento da Voz do Cliente (VoC) na Quanta;Acompanhar demandas, atividades e prazos relacionados à sua atuação, contribuindo para a organização dos processos e para a qualidade das entregas;Apoiar a organização de registros e documentos e a comunicação com participantes e pensionistas, garantindo clareza, consistência e atualização das informações;Acompanhar atualizações relacionadas à legislação e às regulamentações previdenciárias aplicáveis à sua atuação, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos normativos e procedimentos da Quanta;Apoiar ações assistenciais e iniciativas de relacionamento com participantes, contribuindo para a construção de relações próximas, transparentes e de confiança.
