Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios, APIs e integraciones para los productos digitales, asegurando calidad, seguridad, escalabilidad y buen rendimiento.El profesional se integrará al equipo del Laboratorio Digital y participará en la evolución de las aplicaciones, servicios e integraciones priorizadas por el Banco.

Responsabilidades y atribuciones Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend con Node.js, NestJS y Python.Construir, documentar y consumir APIs.Implementar integraciones con sistemas internos y servicios de terceros.Participar en integraciones con API Gateway, pasarelas de pago y servicios de validación de identidad.Diseñar y optimizar consultas, estructuras y procedimientos de bases de datos.Trabajar con SQL Server, PostgreSQL y bases de datos NoSQL.Implementar soluciones y servicios sobre Azure y AWS.Analizar historias de usuario y participar en su estimación técnica.Corregir errores, actualizar librerías y mejorar funcionalidades existentes.Ejecutar pruebas unitarias, de integración, desempeño y seguridad.Aplicar buenas prácticas de programación, arquitectura y seguridad.Participar en revisiones de código.Gestionar versiones y ramas mediante Git y GitHub.Apoyar la construcción y mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD.Documentar servicios, integraciones y decisiones técnicas.Actualizar historias, actividades y evidencias en Azure DevOps.Comunicar oportunamente avances, riesgos, dependencias y bloqueos.Apoyar despliegues y pasos a producción cuando sean requeridos.Participar en las ceremonias ágiles del equipo.Requisitos y calificaciones Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Informática o carreras relacionadas. Se podrá considerar formación equivalente respaldada por experiencia comprobable.Conocimientos requeridos:Node.js.NestJS.Python.JavaScript y TypeScript.Desarrollo e integración de APIs REST.Arquitectura de microservicios.SQL Server.PostgreSQL.Bases de datos NoSQL.Azure.AWS.Git y GitHub.Integración y entrega continua mediante CI/CD.Pruebas unitarias y de integración.Metodologías ágiles y trabajo bajo Scrum.Manejo de Azure DevOps o herramientas equivalentes.Deseable:React y Next.js.API Gateway.Integración con pasarelas de pago.Servicios de validación de identidad.Contenedores y automatización de despliegues.Prácticas DevSecOps.Experiencia en productos digitales o soluciones del sector financiero.Experiencia:Mínimo cinco años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.Al menos tres años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con Node.js, NestJS o Python.Experiencia comprobable diseñando e integrando APIs.Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL.Experiencia en servicios cloud sobre Azure o AWS.Experiencia participando en equipos ágiles y proyectos empresariales.Experiencia con control de versiones, revisión de código y procesos CI/CD.
