Responsabilidades y atribuciones Principales ResponsabilidadesDiseñar y desarrollar servicios backend, APIs y componentes de software de acuerdo con los requerimientos del negocio.Implementar reglas de negocio asociadas a procesos contables, financieros y administrativos.Participar en el análisis y desarrollo de procesos de:Contabilización de operaciones.Asientos contables.Débitos y créditos.Conciliaciones bancarias y contables.Cuentas por pagar y cobrar.Facturación y notas de crédito/débito.Cierres contables.Integraciones con sistemas financieros y ERP.Diseñar y consumir APIs REST y servicios de integración con otros sistemas.Trabajar con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, asegurando consistencia e integridad de la información.Desarrollar procesos batch y/o de procesamiento de información financiera.Participar en análisis, estimaciones, diseño técnico, desarrollo, pruebas y puesta en producción.Resolver incidentes y problemas técnicos asociados a las aplicaciones bajo su responsabilidad.Implementar pruebas unitarias y apoyar pruebas de integración y funcionales.Documentar componentes, APIs, procesos y decisiones técnicas.Participar en revisiones de código y promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo.Trabajar coordinadamente con equipos funcionales, QA, arquitectura, DevOps y usuarios de negocio.Asegurar trazabilidad y auditabilidad de las operaciones procesadas por las aplicaciones.

Requisitos y calificaciones Requisitos TécnicosBackendExperiencia sólida en desarrollo backend.Java + Spring Boot, Node.js/NestJS, .NET u otra tecnología backend equivalente.Desarrollo de APIs REST.Arquitectura de microservicios.Manejo de integración entre sistemas.Manejo de Git y metodologías de desarrollo colaborativo.Conocimientos de Docker y deseable Kubernetes/OpenShift.Experiencia con procesos CI/CD.Bases de DatosSQL avanzado.Experiencia con bases de datos como PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server o MySQL.Diseño y optimización de consultas.Manejo de transacciones, integridad y consistencia de datos.IntegracionesExperiencia integrando sistemas mediante APIs y servicios.Deseable experiencia con mensajería/eventos como Kafka o similares.Deseable experiencia con sistemas ERP o plataformas financieras.Conocimientos Funcionales ContablesSe requiere experiencia o conocimiento práctico en procesos como:Plan de cuentas.Asientos contables.Libro mayor y diario.Débitos y créditos.Conciliaciones.Cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.Facturación.Impuestos y retenciones.Cierres contables.Devengos y provisiones.Centros de costo.Integración entre módulos financieros y contables.Trazabilidad y auditoría de transacciones.

Informaciones adicionales FormaciónIngeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería en Computación, Ingeniería de Software, Analista de Sistemas o carrera afín.Deseable formación complementaria o experiencia equivalente en contabilidad, finanzas o sistemas financieros.Experiencia3 a 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend.Experiencia comprobable participando en proyectos con componentes contables, financieros, bancarios, ERP o facturación.Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles.Experiencia en ambientes productivos de alta criticidad será valorada.
