Responsável por auxiliar no atendimento ao cliente no setor de frios e laticínios, realizando a fatiagem, pesagem, embalagem e organização dos produtos conforme solicitação. Atua na reposição e organização dos itens no balcão e nas gôndolas, garantindo a correta exposição, identificação e validade dos produtos. Contribui para a manutenção da higiene e limpeza do setor, equipamentos e utensílios utilizados, seguindo as normas internas da empresa. Apoia o controle de estoque, validade e qualidade dos produtos, assegurando um ambiente organizado e uma experiência de compra satisfatória.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender os clientes no setor de frios e laticínios com cordialidade, agilidade e atenção, conforme os padrões orientados pela empresa.Realizar a fatiagem, pesagem, embalagem e identificação dos produtos conforme solicitação do cliente.Auxiliar na reposição e organização dos produtos no balcão e nas gôndolas, garantindo boa apresentação e correta exposição.Verificar a qualidade, validade e condições dos produtos, retirando itens impróprios para consumo.Manter a limpeza e higienização do setor, equipamentos, balcão, máquinas de fatiar e utensílios utilizados.Apoiar no recebimento, armazenamento e organização das mercadorias no estoque do setor.Seguir rigorosamente as normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos.Auxiliar na precificação e identificação dos produtos expostos no balcão e nas gôndolas.Apoiar o controle de validade e giro de estoque dos produtos do setor.Apoiar a equipe em rotinas operacionais do setor, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento dos frios e laticínios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos básicos em manipulação e organização de produtos de frios e laticínios. Perfil ágil, organizado e comprometido com higiene e qualidade. Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe.
