Executar o atendimento aos clientes nos setores de vendas assistidas da loja, prestando um atendimento cordial, ágil e de qualidade. Realizar a preparação, pesagem, embalagem, identificação e entrega dos produtos comercializados, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, conservação e apresentação. Efetuar o abastecimento e organização dos balcões e vitrines, controlar preços, etiquetas e validade dos produtos, aplicando o sistema PVPS. Auxiliar no recebimento, conferência, armazenamento e organização das mercadorias, bem como manter a limpeza e higienização dos equipamentos e áreas de trabalho, observando as normas de segurança alimentar, higiene e segurança do trabalho, contribuindo para a excelência no atendimento e nos resultados do setor.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender clientes com cordialidade, agilidade e atenção.Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e orientar sobre os produtos.Preparar, fracionar, fatiar, pesar, embalar e identificar produtos conforme os padrões da empresa.Entregar os produtos aos clientes observando qualidade e apresentação.Abastecer balcões, vitrines, ilhas e pontos de exposição.Organizar e repor mercadorias conforme layout estabelecido.Conferir preços, etiquetas e identificação dos produtos.Controlar validade e conservação das mercadorias utilizando o sistema PVPS.Retirar produtos impróprios para comercialização e comunicar irregularidades.Auxiliar no recebimento, conferência e armazenamento de mercadorias.Organizar o estoque e apoiar o abastecimento do setor.Manter balcões, equipamentos, utensílios, câmaras e áreas de trabalho limpos e organizados.Cumprir as normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e segurança do trabalho.Utilizar corretamente os EPIs fornecidos.Zelar pelos equipamentos, utensílios e patrimônio da empresa.Apoiar inventários e contagens quando solicitado.Executar outras atividades correlatas ao cargo, conforme orientação da liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Fundamental completo.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento ao público.DesejáveisEnsino Médio completo.Experiência com atendimento em balcão de supermercados, padarias, açougues, frios, rotisseria ou setores similares.Conhecimento em manipulação de alimentos e boas práticas de higiene.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale AlimentaçãoVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada07h20 diárias em escala 6x1, com atuação aos domingos e feriados conforme escala de revezamento.
