Aqui, sua missão é transformar cada interação em uma oportunidade de crescimento e engajamento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificação de Oportunidades: Detectar novas necessidades e ampliar o portfólio de serviços dos clientes.Comunicação Proativa: Manter contato diário com os clientes, participando de reuniões e interagindo via e-mail e WhatsApp.Relacionamento Estratégico: Estabelecer um vínculo próximo com os clientes, entendendo suas necessidades e oferecendo um atendimento excepcional.Adoção de Plataforma: Aumentar o uso das plataformas e produtos da Pmweb, impulsionando o engajamento e a satisfação do cliente.Facilitação de Workshops: Ministrar e criar workshops para capacitar os clientes sobre o uso eficaz das ferramentas disponíveis.Gestão de Projetos: Envolver-se em projetos especiais designados pela gestão e colaborar com as áreas operacionais.Acompanhamento de Métricas: Monitorar diariamente as métricas dos clientes, garantindo que as estratégias estejam otimizadas.Relatórios Impactantes: Desenvolver e apresentar relatórios semanais e mensais com insights sobre o desempenho e o consumo dos serviços.Desenvolvimento e Aplicação de Estratégias de CRM: Focar na otimização da segmentação e personalização de campanhas, utilizando metodologias como RFV e LTV.Implementação de Grupos de Controle: Medir a eficácia de campanhas de marketing para garantir a alocação eficiente de recursos.Análises de LTV: Identificar clientes valiosos e propor ações para maximizar o retorno sobre o relacionamento.Desenvolvimento de Campanhas Multicanal: Criar campanhas alinhadas às necessidades e comportamentos dos clientes, utilizando dados de segmentação.Monitoramento de KPIs de CRM: Analisar taxas de retenção, churn e engajamento, sugerindo melhorias contínuas.Colaboração com Equipes Internas: Trabalhar com as equipes de marketing, dados e BI para garantir alinhamento das estratégias de CRM aos objetivos de negócios.Geração de Relatórios Detalhados de Performance: Oferecer insights sobre o comportamento dos clientes e a efetividade das campanhas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em gestão de carteira de clientes e atendimento estratégico.Conhecimento sólido em marketing digital, campanhas de CRM e performance.Familiaridade com práticas de mercado de CRM, CRO e Loyalty.Habilidade em análise de dados, métricas e resultados para identificar novas oportunidades de negócio.Informações adicionaisEstamos formando um banco de talentos para futuras oportunidades!Se você se identifica com o nosso perfil, adoraríamos conhecer você.
