Estamos sempre em busca de novos talentos para fazer parte da nossa história.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o processo de admissão de colaboradores CLT e contratação de prestadores de serviço PJ, garantindo conformidade documental e prazos;Executar os procedimentos de desligamento de CLTs e distrato contratual de PJs, assegurando alinhamento com as normas legais e internas;Gerir e controlar solicitações de férias, licenças e ausências, mantendo o sistema atualizado e comunicando os envolvidos;Acompanhar e registrar movimentações internas, mudanças de cargo e efetivações de colaboradores;Controlar e acompanhar o ponto eletrônico, garantindo a correta marcação de jornadas, tratamento de inconsistências e conformidade com a legislação trabalhista;Realizar o pagamento de benefícios e guias trabalhistas em parceria com o time financeiro;Conduzir estudos e análises sobre benefícios, propondo melhorias e otimizações com foco em custo-benefício e bem-estar dos colaboradores;Conferir a folha de pagamento elaborada pela contabilidade, garantindo a acuracidade dos valores e informações;Realizar a conferência de notas fiscais de prestadores PJ para envio de pagamento;Acompanhar demandas sindicais, convenções coletivas e negociações, assegurando o cumprimento das obrigações trabalhistas;Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos de Departamento Pessoal e gestão de benefícios;Participar ativamente de projetos e iniciativas do time, contribuindo com uma visão de DP integrada e estratégica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal (mínimo 2 anos);Conhecimento das legislações trabalhistas e previdenciárias;Experiência com sistemas de folha de pagamento;Habilidade com cálculos de folha, férias, 13º, rescisões e encargos;Excel intermediário (tabela dinâmica, PROC V, filtros);Experiência com o sistema Onvio será um diferencial.Informações adicionais💳 Benefício Caju🏥 Plano de Saúde🏥 Plano de Odontologico🏋🏽‍♂️ Gympass🎂 Day off🚍 Vale Transporte
