Na Lobe, cada admissão, cada rescisão e cada folha de pagamento fechada em dia representa uma conquista para o cliente: segurança jurídica e tranquilidade para focar no crescimento do negócio.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Departamento Pessoal Pleno para executar as rotinas de admissão, demissão, folha de pagamento e adiantamento de clientes de diferentes segmentos, em todo o território nacional, garantindo conformidade com a legislação trabalhista e previdenciária em cada entrega.Buscamos alguém com domínio técnico de rotinas de DP, atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com prazos, disposto a se manter em constante atualização diante das mudanças da legislação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRegistrar admissões e emitir documentos contratuais no ERP de gestão de pessoal, dentro dos prazos legais;Executar demissões, calcular rescisões e providenciar toda a documentação pertinente;Calcular férias, validando datas conforme legislação e convenção coletiva vigente;Calcular adiantamentos salariais mediante solicitação e autorização, com registro correto no ERP;Atender clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre questões trabalhistas e previdenciárias;Acompanhar convenções coletivas e legislação trabalhista, aplicando cada mudança nas rotinas do dia a dia;Conferir pagamentos com o cliente, ajustando rubricas e tributações no eSocial;Elaborar relatórios do departamento pessoal para apoiar decisões dos clientes;Executar o cálculo mensal da folha de pagamento, analisando salários, benefícios e descontos;Processar obrigações acessórias como eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTF Web e Perdcomp, dentro dos prazos legais;Analisar processos trabalhistas nos sistemas SEFIP, eSocial e DCTF Web;Apoiar outros analistas em demandas do time, como recálculo de guias e atendimento presencial em órgãos como Caixa e Ministério do Trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;No mínimo 2 anos de experiência em rotinas de departamento pessoal;Domínio dos tipos de tributação de INSS, incluindo INSS Patronal, RAT, FAP, Terceiros e deduções;Conhecimento em parametrização de ERP, como sindicatos e regimes tributários;Facilidade com Excel, incluindo fórmulas como PROCX, SOMASES, EXT.TEXTO e CONTSES;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e cumprimento de prazos.Diferenciais:Experiência em escritório de contabilidade ou consultoria com múltiplos clientes;Vivência com importação de lançamentos no módulo folha via Excel e arquivo TXT;Conhecimento aprofundado em eSocial, DCTF Web e SEFIP.Informações adicionais💰 Ajuda de custo R$ 600,00 mensais☕ Café da manhã na empresa🍽️ Refeitório🩺 Plano de saúde Unimed (Parcialmente custeado pela empresa)😁 Plano odontológico (50% custeado pela empresa)🛡️ Seguro de vida💊 Convênio com farmácia com desconto em folha🏋️ Wellhub (antigo Gympass)🧠 Starbem (saúde mental e bem-estar)🤸 Ginástica laboral 2x por semana na empresa📈 Plano de carreira🎂 Day Off de aniversário🎁 Vale-presente de aniversário – R$ 100,00 no mês do seu aniversário💍 Auxílio matrimonial para quem vai se casar👶 Presente maternidade
